WildBrain Spark is an industry leader in the management and creation of preschool and children's entertainment content on platforms such as YouTube, Amazon Video Direct and others. WildBrain's branded YouTube network is one of the largest of its kind, featuring more than 65,000 videos for 600 kids' brands. The WildBrain network generated over 30 billion minutes of watch time in the period between October and December 2017. Connecting kids' content owners with advertisers in the Advertising Video-on-Demand (AVOD) space, the WildBrain network features popular third-party brands such as Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam, Shopkins and Lazy Town, as well as much of DHX Media's world-renowned library of 13,000 half-hours of kids' and family content, including Peanuts, Teletubbies, Strawberry Shortcake, Caillou, Inspector Gadget, Degrassi, Yo Gabba Gabba! and many others. WildBrain Studios also specializes in the creation of new, original content for its network, such as animated and live-action shorts; toy-play and stop-motion videos; book readings; preschool counting and alphabet videos; nursery rhymes and more. OVERVIEW
The Producer at WildBrain Spark responsible for the delivery of multiple digital content production projects. Working alongside the Producers and rest of the Production team to deliver project on budget, on brief and on time. You will be a part of a team that is dedicated to building content for new and existing major kids brands and the world that surrounds it.
This is initially a 3 month contract for what will be a longer term project.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Production and delivery of original and partner funded content across multiple formats, including but not limited to 2D, CG and Stop Motion animation, Live Action and editorial.
Reviewing scripts, animatics, design assets, animation and ensuring they are produced to the highest standard
Managing the budget, daily schedule and deliveries across two or more projects
Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brief is being met
Full ownership of project delivery on time and budget and to the highest standard, co-ordinating across internal and external stakeholders in order to meet brief
Working collaboratively across all teams ensuring we use the full capabilities of the business to deliver, Commercial, Distribution, Data, Post Production.
Negotiating costs and timelines with suppliers and freelancers
Working with the client directly, where applicable, to ensure productions deliver against objectives, and run to agreed schedules
Have a strong understanding of digital and short form formats and how to deliver the compelling solutions on tight budgets
Work across multiple complex productions with often conflicting schedules
Finding new suppliers, vendors, crew etc quickly and confidently when required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Understanding of the 2D animation pipeline for character based series
Being able to detect animation inaccuracy (color check, scale and layer issues, continuity errors) and QC animation files across the series
Comfortable with revising all digital assets from preproduction to final delivery
Excellent knowledge of the digital content industry and production processes (experience in the kids market preferable)
Experience in relationship management with external clients
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure on a number of projects with a range of complexity
Working across narrative content is essential, Short Form or YouTube specifically is preferred
Confidence in own creative and logistical judgement, or interpretation of creative briefs
Strong negotiation, leadership and management skills, plus ability to motivate and develop multi-function teams
Experience of reconciling creative aspirations with budgets, proven qualities of adaptability and flexibility
Experience working on turning music into audiovisual narratives in greatly beneficial
Understanding of animation design and art direction
Understanding of children's audiences and key developmental stages
Previous experience producing for YouTube is highly desirable.

£150-250 Depending on experience
