The Role
We're looking for a talented full-time Producer to help keep projects running smoothly, clients happy, and the team working. You will be both producing on projects and project coordinating all the teams filming, animating and editing work.

Responsibilities include:
Handling client onboarding and project kick-off calls
Pre-production tasks
Ordering or renting filming equipment.
Booking locations and freelancers.
Onboarding freelancers.
Managing communications with suppliers and partners and clients
Organising the team with project management software.
Project coordinating

Essential Skills
A wizard-like understanding of various production processes (video, animation, live streams)
Skilled in communicating.
Very technical with a great understanding of video production and project management
Highly organised and incredibly reliable.
Love to interact with clients.
Self-motivated and able to engage well in a team environment.
Happy to work on multiple projects or tasks at the same time.
Excellent communication skills will benefit you when liaising with clients, so information is fully understood.
A confident and professional phone manner.
An ability to work independently.
Have an interest in video marketing & content and a very basic understanding of modern business video marketing needs.

The Details
The application process consists of a short email application (see below), a remote interview with the MD, and an in-person interview with the MD and CD.

Salary based on experience, 22k to 27k, plus benefits.
