This role is part of the Picture Head London team, working closely with fellow producers as well as dedicated operators under the directive of the Senior Producer and Head of Department. The role will act as a liaison between clients, creative vendors and multiple local and global teams providing A/V Finishing and Localisation Versioning of promotional A/V material (Trailers, TV Spots, Social Media Promos, etc.). The Producer will ensure that all projects are delivered to the client on time, to specifications, and will ensure that all commitments agreed upon with the client have been met as required, all to the exacting quality standards that Picture Head is widely known and respected for.

Job responsibilities:
• Serves as the direct liaison between Picture Head and the client. Works with studio marketing executives, filmmakers, creative executives, creative agencies, vendors, and various post-production facilities to coordinate and execute the successful finishing of various marketing A/V materials
• Ensures an overall positive client experience
• Takes the project lead on facilitating and delivering Finishing and Localisation efforts across editorial, sound, graphics, and colour on assigned campaigns and titles
• Works collaboratively across local Streamland Media and global Picture Head facilities through project completion
• Active involvement by scheduling pre-pro meetings at the onset of any given project to ensure all internal parties are in sync regarding expectations, schedules, workflows, milestones, etc.
• Liaises with local and global teams, clients, agencies, and vendors
• Coordinates and runs client-attended sessions for mix, grade and edit across facilities and time zones
• Provides accurate and up to date communication of project status to teams and clients respectively
• Ensures projects are completed in an organized manner to be billed accurately
• Will be trained on global workflows and ensures accurate execution as instructed
• Responsible for internal and external scheduling including preparation of handovers, status updates, schedules, priority lists and work orders
• Maintains Picture Head's highest level of standards for quality and accuracy by reviewing and evaluating the final online, color and mix before it is sent out to clients
• Adheres to best practices for quality control on all masters and oversees the delivery of finished materials to the end destination with complete understanding of all final deliverables and the ability to accurately evaluate quality

Requirements:
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Previous experience having worked in Post Production
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Multiple language knowledge a plus
