We are looking for a Producer with experience of working with advertisers as maternity cover for our current Client Director.
We're open to receiving applications from all types of candidates but ideally you'll have 10 or more years of experience as a Producer, be confident to be able to work across many different projects at different stages of production.
We are looking for a person comfortable dealing with senior clients, managing budgets and ensuring complex multi-media projects run smoothly and to expectations. You will work closely with our Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Partner responsible for the creative direction of our brand related work.
Main responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings.
- Support the creative team in all phases of client process - pitching, budgets, process and production.
- Liaise with Production Management team for the smooth running of projects / deliverables / budgets. Have a clear understanding of what levels of production we need to provide and how we can work to a budget that delivers a great campaign for clients and profit for the company.
- Work openly and closely with clients (this means feeding back good and bad news). Track project / campaign progress so we keep up momentum and hit deadlines. Report to clients regularly so they know what stage we're at and feel involved in the process.
- Find and negotiate relevant talent (celebrities, influencers, voiceovers, actors), work up contractual agreements, rate cards, budgets for individual projects.
- Manage production process to enable smooth delivery of content from all parties (including social media team). Work closely with teams to make sure we have everything we need for a production and all parties have a clear channel of communication.
- Attend recces and shoots to manage clients and talent and make sure production and crew have everything required.
- Make the client feel important and valued. Their campaign is your biggest responsibility and commitment and you'll do anything to make it a success within the parameters of the project.
- Be prepared to support the client through a process that's unfamiliar to them - educate them about the ways in which this stuff works so they're assured that we have high level experience in this area so can deal with anything that comes our way.
