Spindle is a multi-award winning creative production studio, who are seeking a special talent for a Producer role.

Our vision is to open up pathways into moving image production for people from underrepresented backgrounds, to use film and production to inspire and implement solutions to the environmental crisis, and to tell the most compelling untold stories with heart and craft. Based out of our London office, you will work closely with our Head of Music and EPs to produce music videos and commercials to a high production standard.

This is a great opportunity for a PM to Producer level.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist the Head of Music / EP with budgeting, bidding and scheduling
Manage all aspects of a production from treatment stage through to post production and delivery
Communicating with clients during the bidding, production and post production stages
Ensure that our People & Planet policy is followed through on all productions and be mindful of diversity, representation and inclusion when hiring crew for a job
Regular communication with our roster of directors including working with them on treatments, ensuring the creative is doable within the budget
Ensure the final production wrap is completed and supplied to finance in a timely manner
Working with both the in-house team and external crew and suppliers
Maintain existing relationships and forge new relationships within the industry with commissioners, agencies, crew and directors.
Skills and Experience

Excellent attention to detail
Industry experience in a similar role - 2yrs in PM role
Incredible written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask and manage your time effectively
Highly organised
Basic salary and commission structure dependent on experience.
