We are currently looking for a Producer to research and develop an agenda and curate an agenda for an invitation-only C-suite event and to lead the securing of high-profile panellists including senior executives and policymakers from across a range of industries and governments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Research themes and ideas for events and secure relevant high-profile guests
* Develop and maintain the agenda of the event
* Be responsible for the development of the format
* Develop strategy and approach to secure A-list talent leveraging internal and external connections


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of how large corporations are organized and the roles of different C-level executives
* Outstanding organization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise workload
* Excellent presentation skills and general communication skills
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships
* Proven creative and event & experience ideation skills
* Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
* Up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in both digital and video
* Self-motivated
