We are currently looking for a Moving Image Producer to join a creative agency based in North West London.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver the highest quality service to their clients and deliver productions on time, to budget and to the company's standards.
Oversee assigned moving image and still shoots (mainly stills). You will work with crew and client to come up with practical solutions to address any issues that may arise on set.
Working closely with the Post Production team, you will create and drive a schedule of deliverables and ensure the correct resources are in place to deliver on schedule.
Liaise with camera operators and crew on all aspects of the shoot and be up-to-date on the status of equipment required on the shoot.
Order relevant camera and lighting equipment and consumables.
Lead weekly status meetings, understand delivery risks and financial health of each project and offer / action solutions.
Liaise between creative, client services, project management, digital and production teams.
Identify workflow improvements and develop processes through Agency and Production, working closely with relevant department heads.
Lead permanent and freelance recruitment for the creative department, manage freelance annual budget, create job specifications, oversight of interview process and maintain the PSL in line with the client base.
Lead the project management team; enforce project management standards and processes to ensure resource is effectively utilised and all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to quality.
Create monthly workload forecasts, understand project scope / fee and ensure the correct talent is in place for each new brief or new business pitch.
Escalation point or day-to-day issues troubleshoot any process or resource issues that impede efficient delivery.
KEY SKILLS
7+ years of relevant creative operations / project management experience within an integrated advertising / communications agency.
Ability to inspire and unite people behind you: strong team leadership skills are essential.
Experience introducing new processes into an agency (or similar) or process improvement would be desirable.
You will have to manage competing demands, often with tight resources and short time frames, so you must be able to demonstrate your ability to flex and adapt in a very dynamic, fast moving environment.
Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders in the business.
Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure.
A strong can-do attitude is essential.
Excellent project management and organisational skills are essential.
Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Knowledge and practical experience of digital project management. Technical digital project management experience is a bonus.
High-end fashion and/or luxury brand experience / knowledge is desirable.
