The programme encompasses training opportunities, insights into the industry, support for young artists to create their own work, an annual Festival, and a range of early employment paid opportunities at the Lyric.

The Producer (Emerging Talent) is responsible for producing a high quality, artistically engaging programme of work, working within the Young People's team and in collaboration with the Lyric's Producing team to deliver performances and events across the Lyric's range of spaces including the Studio theatre, the Main House and beyond.
