As a Producer you play an integral part in the Seventy7 production team. You are responsible for the end to end production of shoots produced within the agency. You will work hand in hand with the client services team to deliver great work to clients. You will have full responsibility for the day to day management of shoots and all related production elements of projects working through the various stages and with the required teams. You are responsible for ensuring that we are meeting our client's needs and those of Seventy7 through strong relationships and excellent communication, ensuring that all margins are achieved and that the account(s) grow.Job Title: ProducerDivision: Seventy7 LondonReporting to: Head of ProductionBase: LondonWorking with:Internal - Client Services, Creative, Photography, Video, Post Production, Finance and Commercial teams.External- Suppliers, locations and agencies where relevantYou may have management for more junior team members and their development e.g. Assistant Producers and Production Co-ordinatorsKey Responsibilities:Working across a large variety of agency clients - including major fashion and retail brands, beauty, lifestyle, food and drinks brands across both Photography and Video content production shoots. Shoots vary from studio to location across multiple platforms from digital, e-commerce and print.Managing the projects from preproduction to post production stageWorking with internal teams of creatives, photographers, stylists, retouchers and account managers to get projects through each internal approval stage before delivering to client.Close collaboration with the client service team including accurate and objective interpretation of client briefs received from client service and advising on possible production solutions• Prepare and manage shoot schedules, timelines, budgets and shoot briefs. Ensure all are adhered to and jobs are delivered on brief and on time.Allocate and schedule shoot teamsOrganise Pre-Production meetingsLiaise with Creative Bookings Manager to organise HMU artists, models and castings.Where necessary, scout locations and obtain permits for UK location shoots.Attend and support all studio and location shoots in the UK.Brief shoot and post-production teams for all accounts; ensure that creative guidelines, style guides and briefs are followed.Organise prop sourcing and set buildReport shoot related enquiries, updates and additional costs to the Client Services team throughout the live process.Prepare images for retouch, mark up imageryOverseeing Quality Control process - ensuring everything is delivered to the highest standard, to client brief in relevant specifications for each platform.Manage and oversee development of the Assistant Producers and Production Coordinator(s).Assist with team recruitmentKey Skills:Great interpersonal skillsExcellent communicatorProblem solverAbility to work under pressure and on several projects simultaneouslyA proactive and a can-do attitudeGreat knowledge of the production process and its technical requirements
