We are looking for an experienced Producer to join the team at our established film and video production agency.
Reporting to the Head of Production, you will be producing short form video content from creative brief right through to delivery and will need to be experienced in all aspects of the production process. On-going training will be provided, with the opportunity to progress into a Senior Producer within the company.

The Candidate:
- At least three years' experience in video production for online content and ideally have VFX producing experience.
- Capability to produce location and studio shoots
- Good understanding of workflows for all departments
- Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple projects at once.
- A problem solver who is proactive, driven and ultra-organised.
- Calm under pressure with strong people management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with a variety of clients - Preferably showing you have worked with Brands, Universities and Charities

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the entire life cycle of each project, working closely with the Head of Production and Senior Producer.
- Ensuring projects are brought in on time and within budget whilst ensuring the highest possible creative standards.
- Co-ordinating with all departments to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Providing regular status updates to the Head of Production.
- Liaising directly with clients and agencies.
- Sourcing & booking freelancers with relevant skillsets when required.
- Mentoring and support to more junior members of the team.
