You'll be joining a fast-growing team and be responsible for the creative approach and smooth production of a range of projects. You will take each project from client brief and creative treatment through to scripting and development, pre-production, shoot, post and delivery.

The films will range from branded content, internal and external communications, PR, learning, promotional and documentary. What is consistent is each film we produce must convey a message in the most creative and engaging way possible.

The ideal candidate will have a varied production experience with some brand or communications background with a solid understanding of creative development and scripting. They will have produced similar films to us and can clearly demonstrate they can take a project from brief through to delivery. This is also a client facing role and we are looking for the right balance of client management, producing and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
• Taking new briefs from our New Business team
• Being hands-on with productions and taking projects from client brief through to delivery
• Creative development & scripting
• Production of both live action and animation projects
• Pulling together paper edits & edit producing
• Client management & client liaison
• Keeping on top of the budget and crafting the project to fit the parameters of the brief, budget and timeframe
• Creating schedules and managing the project and client to keep the project to the timeframe

Required knowledge and skills:
The successful applicant will have had experience in making corporate, branding or communications films and be able to demonstrate knowledge across the entire production process. Much of the content we create is engagement based and you will be able to clearly demonstrate how you have produced films in the past that have engaged an audience.

• You should be able to interpret and interrogate a client brief and devise the best narrative, visually engaging and creative approach to solving it
• You should be a communicator and a storyteller and enjoy the challenge of making films that resonate
• You should have great client management skills
• You are be calm under pressure, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and professionalism
• You will be able to show a track record in project management, be hardworking, diligent and passionate about delivering high-quality content regardless of scope, budget and timeline
• You will be self-starter with a can-do attitude that can slot into our team immediately and hit the ground running
• You will take ownership of your projects and enjoy the pace of working in a busy agency environment

Desirable knowledge and skills:
• Managing a crew and crewing up
• To collaborate on multiple projects across different clients
• Experience working on international shoots
• Work closely with client services teams to manage client expectations
• Conducting interviews with senior, high profile individuals
• Be able to direct a performance from contributors
• Ability to shoot on Sony FS7 or similar (would be a bonus)
• Ability to use Premiere or Avid (would be a bonus)
