he Breakfast Producer reports to the Managing Editor of the Broadcast Centre as part of the Programming team. You will be responsible for creating and managing all of the output from the station's breakfast show including a very active presence on social media. This role requires extraordinary levels of creativity, people management and strategic planning.

Working as part of the Programming team you will be responsible for creating and managing the breakfast show and all areas of output from on-air to online to social media.

What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with the Managing Editor, Deputy Managing Editor and the on air talent to create stand out content that targets and grows the station's core audience.

You'll work in a live show environment on a daily basis and you will love to get the best out of the talent you work with alongside driving planning and creative sessions after the show each day.

You'll be obsessed with the finer details that go into making every piece of content succeed and have a natural thirst to make things better the following day.

You'll assist in the co-ordination and administration of the relevant parts of all Content Solutions activity and make sure the highest levels of compliance are adhered too.

You'll assist in the implementation of plans and strategies of Capital programming.

You'll oversee every channel the breakfast show uses, from online to social media.
