We are a small close team of video connoisseurs who work in collaboration to constantly develop and push our work to the next level.We work in the Sport, Travel, Food, Fashion, Music and Commercial sectors for brands like Team GB, Adidas, FitBit, Great Western, True Vintage, Relentless and ASDA.Our aim is to be one of the most innovative and creative production companies in the UK, with creative collaboration and shared learning at our core.About the roleWe're looking for an passionate, enthusiastic and friendly Producer to join our team with 3 years + industry experience as a Producer at a Video Production Company or an Account Manager at a Digital Marketing Agency.Your role will include managing productions from enquiry right through to completion. Taking initial incoming calls and briefs, advising and guiding clients through the approaches on offer and the associated costs and considerations.Pre-Production: Working closely with our creative team you'll be the organisational mastermind of the team. Working with the team to develop concepts, plan logistics and costs to produce proposals and quotes. You'll support the team with presenting creative proposals and our working processes to clients. Creating shoot briefs, call sheets and detailed shoot schedule.You'll manage productions through Pre-Production tasks such as scheduling, casting, location, prop, equipment and costume sourcing.Production: You'll be required as an on-location Producer, production dependant, managing the schedules, clients and talent to ensure everything runs to time, to budget and to brief.Post-Production: You'll manage the post-production process managing our editors and animators schedules to ensure all edits are delivered to standard and timeframes.Customer satisfaction and product quality are the two priorities within our business so we have clear processes in place to ensure every customer receives the same level of service and quality of product. As a producer you're one of the main points of contact between Fresh Cut and our clients so top notch customer service skills are a must.CandidateThe position will suit someone that prides themselves on their organisation with experience of deadlines and a natural flair for being one step ahead of the operational and production processes of a small team.Someone passionate about creative, outgoing, friendly and a strong sense of team spirit, confidence and dedication.You must be an inventive and proactive problem solver, have excellent research and organisational skills.
