They communicate at a deep level: stimulating intelligence, feeding curiosity and inspiring action.We now have an opportunity for a talented Producer to join our team to provide maternity leave cover. Our office is based in Deptford but we are adhering to government guidance in regards to Covid-19 so your role will also involve working from home.We are looking for a producer who has worked in a similar production company, has brand/agency experience producing stunning high-end documentary, brand, corporate and commercial films. The emphasis will be on leading new projects from pitching stages through to completion/delivery.The main priorities for the role are:• Meeting with clients/potential clients to discuss their video needs• Working on pitches in collaboration with our creative team• Sourcing contributors• Being the main point of contact for all clients on your own projects• Budget creation, administration, management and reconciliation ensuring you meet set targets• Scheduling and resourcing all of your own projects• Attending shoots where possible (national and international)• Sourcing local crews internationally • Handling all production paperwork including release forms, music licencing, risk assessments etc.• Producing animation projects• Overseeing all post production on projects• Organising TV, Radio and Cinema clearances • Managing final delivery of films to clients• Processing all supplier invoices and delivering to Finance Manager for paymentEssential Skills:• 5+ years' experience at a production company/agency• Providing producer expertise for new clients and in pitches for new business• A solid knowledge and understanding of current production and post processes• Strong budgeting skills• Excellent project management skills• Solid client management skills• Pro-active, well-organized and dynamic personality• Expert knowledge of content production, including scheduling/budgeting, knowing what is achievable• Experience producing branded content, corporate communications, animations and commercialsWe offer: • Competitive salary and holiday allowancePlease send covering message and CV, including your salary expectations.
