We are a busy Production and Post-Production Company based at Elstree Film Studios, looking for a Producer/Assistant Producer to join our team. We have in-house editor and graphic designers. You will need a minimum of three years experience in a production role.

As we are specialists in reversioning, you'll be responsible for managing the localisation of a wide variety of content for a diverse selection of territories and formats worldwide.

It is crucial that you are organized with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, as you will be handling multiple projects at the same time.

Working with our in-house team, you will need to be able to manage projects from brief to completion, cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines and respond positively to feedback from Producers and clients.



The Role:

· Developing and deepening relationships through client liaison and account management
· Managing & scheduling Post-Production: overseeing edits, graphics and sound work, including directing voice-over for UK and global markets
· Coordinating reversioning and localising of variety of commercials and trailers
· Preparing & managing timelines and production budgets
· Assisting in Pre-Production of projects, including researching and booking all requisite locations, kit, crew etc
· Asset management
· Researching & booking talent
· Overseeing all aspects of the workflow and ensuring delivery to tight deadlines
· Ad clearance (Clearcast/BBFC/CAA etc) & delivery (Adstream/IMD) both domestic and international
· Always looking to encourage and explore new avenues of potential work



Key skills required are

· An excellent understanding of production and post-production processes, software and terminology
· Good knowledge of file-based workflows and formats
· Experience of FTP and online file delivery systems
· Attention to detail
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent client liaison skills
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
· Ideally knowledge of Clearcast guidelines and Copy Central system
· First class organisation and time management skills
· Team skills with self-motivation
· Ability to prioritise and juggle work load
· A cool head under pressure
