Producer (Full time and permanent)
Starting April 2018
We are a busy Production and Post-Production Company based at Elstree Film Studios, looking for a Producer to join our team. This position would suit a professional with minimum three years experience in a production role. The successful applicant will be responsible for a number of exciting commercials and corporate accounts, and will demonstrate skills across the breadth of production, taking projects from brief all the way to final delivery. As specialists in reversioning, you'll assist in managing the localisation of a wide variety of content for a diverse selection of territories worldwide.
It is crucial that you are organized with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, as you will be responsible for a variety of different projects, often all at the same time. Working with our in-house team, you will need to be able to manage projects from brief to completion, cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines and respond positively to feedback from Producers and clients.
The Role:
• Developing and deepening relationships through client liaison and account management
• Managing & scheduling Post-Production: overseeing edits, graphics and sound work, including directing voice-over for UK and global markets
• Coordinating reversioning and localising of variety of commercials and trailers
• Preparing & managing timelines and production budgets
• Assisting in Pre-Production of projects, including researching and booking all requisite locations, kit, crew etc
• Attending shoots
• Asset management
• Researching & booking talent
• Overseeing all aspects of the workflow and ensuring delivery to tight deadlines
• Ad clearance (Clearcast/BBFC/CAA etc) & delivery (Adstream/IMD) both domestic and international
• Always looking to encourage and explore new avenues of potential work
Key skills required are
• An excellent understanding of production and post-production processes, software and terminology
• Good knowledge of file-based workflows and formats
• Experience of FTP and online file delivery systems
• Attention to detail
• Creative and commercial flair
• Good understanding of short form and commercial filmmaking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge of Clearcast guidelines and Copy Central system
