We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Producer/Director with exceptional editorial skills to join the team in September for a returning Channel 5 observational documentary series. This 7-month contract is safe from COVID interference due to the special nature of the access and spans both filming (various overseas locations) and the edit (Media City).

Applicants should be able to work remotely as part of a small team and shoot for several weeks at a time embedded with contributors. Experience handling delicate access or shooting extensively with military/police is essential. Blue chip obs doc credits such as 'Hospital' and 'Ambulance' would be preferred. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to craft stories on location and turn tricky/sensitive actuality into well-rounded narratives.

Three recent obs doc credits are essential.
A strong working knowledge of Sony FS7 is also desirable.
