Taylor Made Media is one of the leading producers of branded film content in the UK and we are looking for a Producer/Director to join our successful, fast-growing and award-winning team.

Since 2010, we've been working with some of the world's biggest brands, helping them tell their story. Our current client list includes; Virgin Media, American Express, McDonald's, Barclays, Liberty Global, Berry Bros. & Rudd and Accenture.

This role offers the right person a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, fast-moving company and the chance to create some creative and high-profile films both here in the UK and internationally.

As a director you'll play a leading role in our team and be involved in the initial creative concepts right through to final delivery.

You will be producing short films for a variety of audiences and platforms, so you will have experience in directing branded content and/or short VTs for prime-time television. We are looking for people who understand how to tell a compelling story, no matter what the genre.

The role demands impressive script writing skills, a creative eye and great interviewing techniques.

You'll have strong interpersonal skills and be able to maintain and develop fantastic and rewarding client relationships.

We have a number of productions in progress at any one time, so you'll have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work across several projects at once, often with tight deadlines. You will need to be able to work flexible hours if and when required.

This role involves significant responsibility and whilst working in a supportive team environment, we need someone who has the resilience to manage a demanding role and work autonomously.

We are looking for someone to start asap, but can be flexible on exact start date to some degree. Salary based on experience.
