Boiler Room are looking for talented self shooting Producer/Directors to join their London Film Team.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Film and will produce engaging and compelling pre-recorded content across a number of series formats

We're looking for an exceptionally organised, creative and motivated individual who can own and deliver projects liaising with internal teams for delivery and leading crews on site.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects at one time and working across a variety of formats and working with internal teams as well as clients and suppliers.

A passion for, and understanding of, music within Boiler Room's world is paramount to succeeding in this role.

PLEASE NOTE: these roles are based in our London office and we are looking for both full-time and freelance candidates. Please indicate your availability in your cover letter and provide a showreel. Applications without a reel will not be considered.

Responsibilities of the role:

Producer/Director will be responsible for the creation of assets for the delivery of the Series.
Work to briefs set by Series Producers and/or Project Managers.
Work with Series Producers to develop and realize concept, structure and aesthetic of each asset.
Will be required to adhere to the schedule and budget dictated by the SP for each shoot.
Will be required to source and hire any kit required for a shoot, ensuring this stays within the allocated budget (with support from the PA when available).
Will be required to source and assess locations for availability, and organise all travel locally and internationally for the shoot team (with support from the SP & PA when available).
Work with Series Producers and Programmers to create treatments, storyboards and scripts during pre-production for each episode.
Will be required to manage and direct their team on each shoot, ensuring their time is used efficiently.
Will be required to ensure all assets from a shoot are delivered to the Series Producer on time and will be available to review the assets to ensure that they fit Series concept.
Work with Editors to deliver each episode.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements of the candidate:

Worked on a wide range of creatively exciting projects, with strong knowledge of TV/Film Production and Post-Production methods.
Must be diplomatic, client focused & represent the company in a professional manner.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content production or a strong showreel with demonstrable skills.
Competent user of Adobe Creative Suite, tech savvy and keep up to date with new Production methods.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work to a brief and take direction.
Must be able to work well either leading or as part of a team.
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Ability to prioritise and make informed decisions in a fast¿paced environment.
Ability to adapt your skills and approach to a broad range of project types.
