DESCRIPTION
Producers at COPA90 work across the entire life span of a project, from conception and development through to final delivery. They will work across a number of high profile formats, concepts, and series that deliver on the ambitions of our editorial, studio and agency functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Producing content, visual and audio, for COPA90 owned platforms and client/partner platforms, across Editorial, Brand and Studio projects
* To oversee the delivery of high-quality output on time and within budget
* To engage and oversee the team including freelancers, internal employees, service and supplier companies, and day-to-day logistics across the full production cycle from pre-production through to delivery
* To work with the COPA90 Production and Agency Production teams to determine requirements and allocate resource accordingly
* To maintain exceptional levels of communication with all project stakeholders, whether internal or external, including communicating with clients regarding production logistics and asset delivery as required
* To liaise with other COPA90 departments in order to leverage best performance for the content, such as Marketing / Data Insights / Strategy, etc.
* To strive for efficiencies across both resourcing and production execution to drive both quality and profitability across projects and the department
* To assist with scoping productions at the procurement and development stage of a project
* To oversee the management and execution of live production budgets
* To ensure that insurance and legal guidelines are adhered to and adequately covered
* To contribute to the effectiveness and evolution of internal processes and help ensure consistent use of these across the department
* To participate in and contribute to production team quarterly and yearly appraisals as required
* To participate in the interview process for new production staff as required
* To work with the Editorial, Brand and Studio teams to generate content ideas as required
* To ensure that COPA90 content is reflective of COPA90 values and brand guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 5 years of diverse experience in Production, with a minimum of 2 years working at Producer level
* Hardworking, focused and creative with a proactive approach
* Experience producing content across multiple platforms
* An understanding of all Social Media platforms and content optimisation
* Excellent organisation, planning, and attention to detail
* Excellent English verbal and written communication; other languages are a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* A collaborative approach with the versatility to work with the evolving needs of the department
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours where necessary
* Basic camera and editing skills an advantage
