The Role:
As a Producer you'll take responsibility of Jaguar Land Rover, print and digital production projects from brief to execution, dealing directly with the client and account team from the start.

From brief management, scoping the project and allocating the necessary resources and budget this is a challenging but rewarding role that requires solid experience of the end-to-end management of multiple projects.

As a key member of the agency, the Producer will be a well-organised team player with creative problem-solving skills who will be expected to work effectively with creative teams, photographers, client leads, internal and freelance production crews.

You will need to be a self-starter, proactive and capable of managing a team and working closely with key stakeholders to produce an incredibly high standard of work.

Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of multiple cross channel productions. Stills/Photographic experience is a must in addition to some film/live action and post production knowledge including CGI workflow process.
* Build close working relationships with clients to aid project development
* Manage and oversee the production schedule
* Establish and maintain clear project communication with internal and external parties
* Create and maintain all project documentation (e.g schedules and budget management)
* Plan content requirements and manage internal and external asset production
* Actively lead strategic discussions, brainstorming and project development
* Contracting and management of freelancers for relevant projects

Requirements:
* Full driving license a plus
* Minimum 5+ year's experience as a Producer in a production company or agency environment
* Excellent knowledge of high-end photographers (ideally Automotive) and relevant post production facilities including CGI
* Some experience working with live action/film and developing assets for use across platforms would be a benefit
* Established Producer with experience of delivering multiplatform projects. Strong knowledge of photographic asset production and CGI/Post Production workflows is essential.
* Exceptional communication skills and a flexible and friendly client management style
* Must enjoy working in a fast-moving Agency environment. Be a team player and lead by example
* Flexible approach and ability to make decisions as part of a team
* Ability to adapt your skills and approach to a broad range of project types
* A desire to build further JLR product knowledge
* Effective negotiation skills experienced with managing suppliers and contractors.
* Delivering through others, adapting where necessary to achieve and deliver beyond your own limits.
* Ability to make sound and timely decisions, knowing when to escalate to avoid commercial risk.
* Strong IT Skills with strong knowledge of MS Office (including Project and Excel)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Time management - ability to organise and plan workloads
* Candidates may need to work overseas occasionally for long periods of time.
