We are looking for an Arabic Speaking video producer with an interest in short-form digital content to oversee the production of a number of short videos and other social assets for an exciting campaign. Working to our Director of Content, and alongside another producer, you will be working with a number of NGOs to devise, script and produce a number of short films simultaneously, taking them from start to finish.

As the production lead on this project, you will oversee scheduling and ensure that all production milestones are hit, and all assets delivered on time. You will take responsibility for driving the project forward, working with our accounts team, digital team and project management teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.

With a first-hand understanding of, and interest in, digital content, you will be resourceful, curious and brimming with ideas. Ideally you will combine a journalistic sensibility with an understanding of how to create compelling, entertaining and must-watch content.. You will be a master of conveying complex information in a simple and concise fashion.

Requirements

Native Arabic speaker or equivalent.
Understanding of YouTube and other social media platforms
Several edit producer credits
Experience of current affairs / news / features / other journalistic production
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Fantastic and meticulous attention to detail
Positive and flexible 'can-do' attitude and willingness to solve problems
Ability to get on well with the team
Understanding of short-form social video
