We are a video communications agency specialising in producing engaging and high quality consumer insight films and animations for a wide variety of clients, including Sky, Co-op, HSBC, ITV, Innocent Drinks, Just Eat, Highways England, and M&S.

We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic and personable Producer/Account Manager to join our small and friendly project team, based in Epsom, Surrey. Within this role you'll have the opportunity to work with some really exciting clients, with responsibilities including: taking enquiries; writing proposals/quotes; organising and overseeing shoots; interviewing the general public (including street interviews); analysing content and writing summary reports; copywriting; overseeing edits/animations, keeping in touch with clients and helping to win new business, and working closely with our in house production team and network of suppliers and freelancers around the world. Ideally you'll have a year or two of background in an agency environment or similar, with experience dealing with clients and have a good knowledge of working with and producing videos. Whilst not all of our projects are for research and insight clients, this forms a large part of our client base. You should be genuinely passionate about video and editing experience would be a plus.

What you'll get in return: Full training to get you up to speed with the variety of services we offer between £20,000 and £24,000 starting salary based on experience (reviewed regularly based on performance and amount of business managed)

Training will be mainly in-person at our offices in Epsom.
