Then join our team as Producer Non-Live in our headquarters in Salzburg (Austria).AREAS THAT PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS:x In a nutshellIn this position, you'll be a member of the Non-Live team within the Content Department, working alongside other Producers and reporting to the Executive Producer. You'll work in close collaboration with the central Red Bull Media House team as well as with local creative teams, developing, improving and managing content, driving reach and engagement with key target audiences, both local and global.x Stakeholder managementLiaising regularly with internationally based production units, you'll act in close collaboration with the central Production Management, Programming, Marketing and Communications teams, ensuring editorial quality, transparency, collaboration and coordination.x Content productionBy guiding the development and production of international content, your goal is to create strong, inspiring content for all platforms, of all forms and durations, connecting with audiences worldwide and ultimately benefitting the Red Bull brand and business.YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:- 3-6 years overall media employment, currently at Producer level in an established Media Market- Work Experience in content production or commissioning (ideally in non-scripted, factual entertainment, documentary)- Proven track record developing and producing distinctive content, long-form and short-form- Editorial expertise, with the ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, productions, etc.- Skills in coordinating and guiding production partners from concept development phase through to production and delivery- A broad knowledge of all media production methods for creation and delivery essential- Additional experience in writing for television, filming, editing, production management and other aspects of development and production- Clear understanding of the international content market, broadcast strategy, commissioning, programming, audiences, ratings, etc.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills- Jouranlistic or audio-visual degree or adequate practical work experience- Fluency in English, additional languages such as German, Spanish and Portuguese are a plus
