Wordley are looking for a Commercial Producer to join their Client Services & Production Department.
.... but not in the traditional Producer way ;)

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to lead their team to deliver commercial content such as TV Commercials or Digital Campaigns for National brands - from pitch stage, through to pre-production - shooting - post production and final delivery.

Collaborating with directors, clients, suppliers, crew and our internal post production team to deliver the final product - within budget to the agreed deadline.
They are the driving force behind each Client and project. Our producers manage multiple projects - all at different stages of creative & production. Making sure it all runs smoothly and allowing space for the creative team to do their work.

A proven ability to deliver successful projects from start to finish is essential along with the ability to problem solve and work within a fast-paced environment, whilst having a flexible approach to the role in order to get the job done.

Our Producers also are Account Managers, client engagement is essential - building trust & relationships is what they do every-day.

Understanding the full agency/production process and striving to obtain creative integrity is key.

Strong organization skills, timeline management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to success of this role, along with the ability to make sound editorial / creative input and judgement to support the Creative team.

Excellent written and verbal English skills, IT literate, numerate and able to represent the company in person, on the phone and by email.

Knowledge of filming techniques & camera formats / equipment would be desirable.

We are offering a permanent staff position - based just outside of Cardiff, salary will be dependent on experience and driving license is essential.
