IMG Events are searching for an enthusiastic, hardworking Procurement & Operations Manager to be responsible for leading and managing supplier relationships across our EMEA Events portfolio.

The successful candidate will manage and execute sourcing of indirect event spend categories in support of IMG Event operations across multiple business units including: Arts and Entertainment, Culinary, Golf, Motorsport, Tennis, Action Sports, Music and Touring.

In addition, the Procurement & Operations Manager will work closely with key internal stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements and help them realise saving opportunities and improve service levels. This will involve analysing spend data, identifying sourcing opportunities and leading cross-functional teams to develop and successfully complete tender processes.

Applicants must previous experience of working in media Event/Project Operations as well as demonstrable experience of running tenders across multiple business divisions. Sustainability and accessibility experience is highly desirable.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a permanent role based in Chiswick, London. Occasional travel and weekend may be required.
