The role of a Primary Producer at Hogarth will require a mixture of skills that stem from mixed areas.

The ideal candidate will come from an Agency Production background, with exposure to production company / digital content and print shooting experience the role will be a combination of all of these skillsets.

Responsibilities
Primary TV Production involves:
* Fully understanding the Hogarth 'Way of Working' (Training will be given here)
* Being confident in retaining the 'Roles and Responsibilities' and managing what is generally a 'New Way of Working'. Being sensitive to stakeholders who feel uncertain within times of change.
* Liaising with Clients directly, and ensuring the Agency Creative vision is achieved within the Client and WPP/Hogarth boundaries.
* Liaising with production companies and building the Hogarth reputation in a positive manner.
* Ensuring Production Values are retained at their highest at all times, never compromising on quality of output.
* Ensuring all productions comply with IPA / AFVPA guidelines and all WPP rules are also fully adhered to.
* Liaising with Hogarth Business Affairs, Accounts Department
* To ensure all production administration of standard contracts are collected and collated, from project set up and outset to final Fact Sheets and handover into Hogarth Business Affairs or relevant department, E.G. Versioning or Transcreation, with the assistance of the primary Admin. Assistant.
* To ensure both Head of Primary Agency Production and Primary Admin Assistant receive regular schedules and diary updates and status reports on all projects.

Qualifications
* A knowledge of Agency / Primary production skills, including long term production strategy and cross discipline shoots. (Training can be given).
* A knowledge of Hogarth and WPP systems, including Maconomy, FIDO, SOX is important. Ttraining can be given)
* Experience of a least a MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS as a PRODUCER or PRODUCTION MANAGER / POST HOUSE.
* Confidence in Client liaison skills - be that the Client and Agency or a Marketeer.
* To be able to deal with busy / disorganized / impatient people with grace, understanding, and a smile.
* To understand and respect the creative Agency process.
* To have patience, and a strong ability to learn and listen before proffering options and solutions.
* To always be discreet and respectful.
* To have a sense of humour.
