You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the critical path across WB Home Entertainment and Games releases:
Attend quarterly meetings at the BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) working to resolve any arising issues, and lead the industry in joint initiatives aimed at improving the wider Home Entertainment industry.
Maintain internal and external release schedules. Liaise with Marketing to ensure accuracy.
Develop existing relationships with external suppliers and agencies. Inform KPIs, ensuring they are relevant, accurate and achievable.
Bridge the gap between Marketing and external partners, effectively communicating deadlines and sharing upcoming projects.
Working alongside the Creative Services placement student co-ordinate delivery of technical details for pre-order.
Become a super-user for multiple internal systems, helping on-board new colleagues when needed and help troubleshoot issues.
Support Pre-production manager during the local acquisition process.
Help to identify process gaps and work to deliver solutions and efficiencies to support the Creative Services team.
Develop good working relationships with other WBHEG departments; Marketing, UK Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Anti-Piracy and EMEA Supply Chain; external agencies and industry boards.
