PMA Film and TV, the UK's leading movie marketing video content agency, is looking for a new Post Production Supervisor.

Candidate Profile.
You can maintain and improve systems and manage a small team of editors and motion graphics designers that consistently hits deadlines.

You have the soft skills and hard backbone required to keep our Major Studio clients happy, updated and becalmed at all stages of production and post production.

You can make reliable estimates at lead times for the smallest to the largest post tasks and communicate timelines to all interested parties.
You'll keep our creative and admin teams honest, ensuring everyone is on the same page with tracking multiple live projects. You keep up with content trends - particularly short form - and platforms of all types. And you have a sense of humour.

Job Description
* Liaise with clients, locking down content briefs and budgets, while identifying opportunities to pitch new creative concepts
* Ensure all projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget
* Ensure content formats are delivered to client and platform specifications in a timely and efficient manner
* Comprehensive project tracking, clearly communicated to all staff
* Regularly update the PMA team and our clients on work done and impact on budgets
* Manage a small team of staff editors and motion graphics designers
* Work with our team of producers to facilitate viewings, notes and amends in a timely manner
* Source, track and license assets including AV, graphics and music
* Hire and schedule freelance editors and motion graphics designers
* Supervise secure ingest / egest of content, ensuring all data is managed logged and archived securely
* Maintain records of all incoming/outgoing materials per our MPAA certified systems
* Supervise and advise on the technical day-to-day management and long term improvement of edit suites and network infrastructure (software, hardware, patching and versioning)
* Ensure all content management, data handling and project tracking meets industry standards
* Overseeing an annual MPAA assessment and addressing any points of remediation (Feb 2020)

Skills and Experience
* Experience as a Senior Editor or Post Producer in an agency environment
* In depth knowledge of all post production processes
* In depth knowledge of broadcast/online/social technical and legal standards and delivery
* The ability to support and solicit input from team members at all levels
* Be up to date on current editing and motion graphics technology and software.
