OKAY STUDIO is a post production house based in East London. With a range of award winning creatives we offer edit, colour grading, motion retouch and finishing.

Our client list includes Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Nike, EE, Beats by Dre, Adidas or Audi to name a few. We have worked with artists, creative agencies and production companies including Juergen Teller, Canada, Boiler Room, Superimpose, TRAUM Inc, CLM, Friend, BBH, Rattling Stick, Dazed or Vice Films.

We are looking for a producer to join our fast growing team in East London in either freelance or permanent role.
Excellent organisational skills and a firm grip on budgets and schedules are key. We expect a minimum of three to five years experience in the industry including an all round understanding of the end to end post production workflow.

has a solid track record in the industry ideally with experience in post production.

is confident talking to creatives, technicians and clients alike
Is happy to attend industry events to socialise with industry peers and potential new clients

Duties and responsibilities include
Running of bookings systems and post produce projects in coordination with other staff
Ensure smooth and optimum use of production resources
Raise quote and manage schedules
Log Costs, spend and profit for individual projects
Manage client relationship after jobs to encourage repeat business
Actively improve the services offered through ameliorating systems and analytics
Generate new business leads
Approach prospects and win new business accounts in collaboration with planned marketing measures

You
have excellent organisational skills
Have proven contacts in the film, photography, advertising or fashion world to generate further business leads
consider yourself to be a great and pro-active communicator
are confident with pressure and don't shy away from multitasking
have a basic understanding of the advertising and fashion industry
have a firm interest in post production
are hard working, ambitious, enthusiastic and fun
