We are looking for a Post Production Manager to work with our London post production team to manage a 6 part true crime drama documentary series for Investigation Discovery (filming has been completed and the edit has started) and assist the London post production team as and when needed.

The role will entail:
Taking on and managing this production that is currently in post and seeing it right through to delivery, making sure all deliverables are completed correctly, all paperwork is completed and uploaded on schedule.
Overseeing any real media/ archive/ news footage going into the edit, ensuring we have the correct licenses and permissions etc (liaising with the legal team when necessary), making sure archive for each episode is within budget etc.
Overseeing any archive pieces for Fair Use, liaising with the editorial team regarding this.
Managing credit lists
Liaising with our final post house (in Soho) re: final post schedule/ making sure the project/materials are sent across to them on schedule
Training up our lovely post production coordinator on all Discovery deliverables and paperwork.
Creating and updating post schedules as per the Series Producer's request
Updating the Discovery Producers portal with any schedule changes and uploading paperwork
Organising ADR sessions if necessary
Occassionally assisting the post production team with anything else they may need help with

You must have worked on a Discovery production as knowing the deliverables required for a Disco series is essential.
The role is to start ASAP for 8 weeks.
