DESCRIPTION
COPA90 is hiring for a Post Production Manager to cover all content produced across our branded, studios, social and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in a successful, high-volume post-production department at an agency or media company.

The role will require strong technical and organisational skills, creative thinking, excellent attention to detail, knowledge of asset management, SaaS, shared storage in a Premiere and After Effects environment, workflow design and line management of a small team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Overseeing the post-production process for all internally produced content.
* Sourcing and building relationships with external and 3rd party post-production facilities, and freelance suppliers, as required.
* Post Production Scheduling and Facilities Management.
* Post Production Resource Management including line management of Post Production Coordinator, Junior Editors, Editors, and Edit Assistants.
* Direct Post Production Management of key projects, determined on a case by case basis.
* Working closely with the Head of Production and Director of Production Operations to ensure synergy and alignment between the production and post-production functions.
* Assisting the Snr Editor with the creative development of the post-production team.
* Working with the Product & Technology function to determine technical infrastructure requirements with regards to Post Production workflows, media, and asset management.
* Development and maintenance of the internal post-production technology environment, asset management systems and cloud storage SaaS suite.
* Overseeing the effective archiving of all content and delivered materials, including management of the on-site SAN, with the Post Production Coordinator.
* Workflow design and support from image capture to syndication and distribution of content.
* Maintaining and evolving documentation for all content operations workflows.
* Onboarding and advisement of staff to post-production workflows.

REQUIREMENTS
* Five or more years working in a post-production department, preferably within a media company or agency, producing high volume, high-quality content.
* A proven track record in developing and maintaining workflow in a post-production function.
* A passion for innovative technologies and knowledge of current developments in post-production.
* Experience managing the post-production process for short-form, multi-episode and feature-length content.
* Good client management and communication skills, in particular working in a branded content capacity.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Experience in managing direct line reports.
