Post Production Coordinator

In the role of Post Production Coordinator you will be part of a thriving photographic team, working under a Head of Photographic Operations. You will be tasked with coordinating file management and movement across all internal servers and maintaining exemplary quality control of all imagery on a daily basis. You must be an agile and proactive team member, with an excellent eye for detail.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Managing client SLA's
Scheduling of all Post Production work throughout Manchester
Coordination with suppliers for any scheduling and retouching requirements
Coordinating weekly, monthly and yearly Post Production forecasting
Identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems
Understand, trial and implement where correct new technologies, processes and working practices
Support in the development to maintain a culture of 'can-do' throughout departments
Ensuring all internal and external hard drives are backed up and logged
Skills required:
Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge, Acrobat)
MAC OS
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Google Docs and Sheets
FTP and SFTP
Adobe Scene7
You:
Experience in a retouching/post production department
Exceptional eye for detail
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Calm under pressure and under tight timeframes
Exceptional communication skills
Quick thinking and adaptable to any situation
Ability to support with and develop studio systems and processes
Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) from clients
