Role:

The primary role of the Post Production Assistant is to support the Post Production Coordinator to
QC and deliver in house and acquired video content, to a large number of internal and external
platforms to supplied technical specifications. You will display extremely high attention to detail, a
solid technical understanding, including a strong knowledge of Adobe CC tools and in particular
Premiere Pro, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:

? Quality control - Final check for subs issues, correct cards used, any drop outs, sound issues
etc. before sending it to the QC team, inc double checking translations as required.
? MAM ingest and delivery of promos and VICE labs for our broadcast International Channels
? Final delivery of VICE short form video to YouTube, social media platforms, and internal
video management system
? Create frame.io viewing links and send promo masters to other territories
? Coordinate locally produced assets, and monitor QC process, QC fixes and MAM delivery
? Preparing material to be sent for localisation at various dubbing houses
? Creating all of the deliverables for playout inc archive masters, metadata, audio stems and
other sub-deliverables.
? Supporting the digital team with subtitling and file exporting for final delivery
Additional Tasks:

? Assist in setting up online projects, creating After Effects graphics using templates and
relaying audio to picture as well as assisting the Versioning Editor through the online for
VICELAND International promos
? General Post-Production duties; which may include ingesting of media, delivering links to
Producers and general troubleshooting.
? To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required
from time to time.
? To be an ambassador for the business at all times.
