To Post Produce projects of variable size and scope to a variety of Broadcasters and platforms. Main tasks and responsibilitiesEnsure production projects assigned to you run smoothly, working closely with Operations and support teams throughout.Define client requirements, planning and resourcing a project accordingly among internal creative teams, escalating where appropriateOwning project work at every stage of production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to an extremely high standardManage the budgeting and scheduling of all projects assigned to you, ensuring all data is entered accurately and schedules are up to date and maintainedWorking closely with Sales, agree payment schedules and terms with clients ensuring that bills are signed off in according with the agreed termsWith support from Accounts, ensure billing for all assigned projects is accurate and on timeSupport fellow Producers across The Farm in the planning and execution of projectsCreative SupportMaintain regular communication and engagement with the creative teams, spending time with them to understand their roles and importance of each projectWork with the Management Team to support up-and-coming talent, ensuring succession plans are in place for key creativesIntroduce existing and new talent to clients with the view to selling them on existing/new projectsOther DutiesCover for absent staff in the team within the remit of the job accountabilitiesUndertake ad hoc projects and administrative tasks that are relevant to the operation of the departmentAttend relevant training identified to ensure duties are performed efficientlyEducation & Training5+ A to C level GCSE's or equivalentGSCE level minimum B grade or equivalent in EnglishTrained on MS Office applicationsDesirableDegree level educationExcel trained to intermediate levelSkills, Ability & ExperienceSolid experience in working in a post-production environment and confident with post production workflows across different genresGood understanding of scheduling/booking systemsAbility to handle a fast paced environment overseeing several projects in various points of productionExcellent people skills with ability to form and build great client and internal relationshipsExcellent and accurate attention to detail data input and checkingEvidence of good Excel and Outlook knowledge and experienceAccurate keyboard skillsAble to organise own workloadDesirableExperience of working with ScheduAll software a plusPersonal QualitiesMethodical, accurate and precise approach to workUnderstanding of how to prioritise and respond accordingly'Can do' and flexible approach to variety of dutiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDesirableAbility to respond after hours for urgent and important matters
