Warner Bros. De Lane Lea provides world-class talent and facilities for dailies and post-production servicing feature films and high-end TV. Based in the heart of Soho, facilities include two 4K HDR Baselight X Grading Theatres, Flame Online suites, Digital Dailies facilities, Dark Fibre connectivity and a full Mastering and QC department.
The world-renowned Sound facilities include three networked Dubbing Theatres, in-house Sound Supervision and Editorial, ADR Facilities alongside a Café & fully licensed Bar and 46 Cutting Rooms. De Lane Lea also has additional facilities based at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden including a 50 seat 4K Screening Room, 4K VFX Review Theatre and In-Facility and On-Location Digital Dailies.

Primary Purpose of the Job
The Features Post Producer is responsible for managing our most high profile, tentpole feature film productions through the facility. Being the conduit for all communication throughout the facilty bringing together all the specialists and talent from other departments to deliver both feature films and high end episodic television to the highest standard and manging our in house creative talent.
The candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of both production, post production and visual effects workflows and have an excellent understanding of all delivery standards, procedures and specifications. The Features Post Producer will have excellent communication and client handling skills with a drive for excellence and for delivering an exemplary level of service and have an extensive background of working on the highest profile content in the world. This role is the main point of contact for our highest profile clients and must be polite, articulate, prompt with communication, calm, professional and proactive with problem-solving.
The Features Post Producer needs to be a merticulous with recording information with an eye for detail to ensure our facility resources are well utilized whilst ensuring our client billing is accurate. The ideal candidate would be someone with an already well established profile within the industry as a reliable and successful Post Producer, Post Production Supervisor or D.I Producer who is looking to ensure our facility is forward thinking, innovative and the industry leader in post production.
Accountabilities
* Project manage our highest profile feature films. Develop a full overview of the entire production pipeline, understanding these areas and utilising specialist team members to execute the work required.
* Contribute to an effective project management team that is fully integrated and highly collaborative with artists, operations and technical services.
* Manage our inhouse talent for both picture and sound and ensure they are empowered to do their job to the highest level with the correct level of technical and personel support.
* Understand and manage all requirements around deliverables, co-ordinate workflow solutions and generate effective but flexible schedules and provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.
* Build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels and actively assist in the sales process, winning repeat business and taking part in any resolution of issues.
* Set expectations for and actively drive exemplary Client Experience throughout the building and the business.
* A key contributor to the quoting process whilst being accountable for project profitability through timely billing activities and full post production resource utilisation.
* Actively communicate, document and maintain processes and procedures aligned to workflow and business process along with the occasional business / project plans aligned to business strategies.
* Contribute to the bidding process while being accountable for project profitability through timely billing and full and efficient resource utilization.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
* Proven experience working in a high end Post Production environment, detailed knowledge of DI, audio, mastering and deliverables.
* A track record as a Senior Post Producer / Project Manager on Studio Level Features.
* Excellent knowledge and experience of feature film Post Production processes and industry standard deliverables.
* Excellent knowledge of technical specifications, workflows, cameras and capture devices as well as extensive knowledge of both the film and digital dallies workflow and practices.
* Proven ability to build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels.
* In general, strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to work on own initiative and proactively handle day to day client services issues, escalating and resolving these where appropriate
* Excellent client relation skills and professional profile within the industry
* Ability to prioritise and have excellent organisational skills
* A logical and fast approach to problem solving
