Post / Games Producer

Dimension Studio is the UK's first volumetric capture studio. Our parent company 'Hammerhead Interactive' is focused on creating the next generation of virtual worlds and entertainment for VR/AR/MR, whilst Dimension specialises in creating the virtual humans for those worlds. In our London studio, we house 2 capture facilities, one capturing high resolution 3D human-avatars, the other capturing industry defining 4D volumetric video.

We love to work with people who want to bring original and amazing ideas to life to craft extraordinary experiences and are seeking a like-minded Senior Producer that can effectively run our post-production pipelines and develop a strong team on our upcoming projects.

You'll need excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills - as well as the ability to work well under pressure with a forward-thinking approach. You'll be the first point of contact on every aspect of the post production process, reporting directly into the Head of Production and Management Team.

The role will cover the production span from budgeting and planning to final delivery. Once the shoot has taken place, you'll take sole ownership of the project (supported by the HoP), becoming the client's first point of contact, managing all new incoming requests, providing progress reports, and ensuring final delivery dates are hit.

Throughout the post process, you'll be required to maintain the production tracking databases daily, maintaining an accurate summary of each project based on artist progress.

Essential Experience:

- 3-5 years experience as a senior co-ordinator or producer role, in a games or post production environment.
- Scheduling projects with large numbers of files for delivery.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of 3D post production, desirably in character pipelines.
- Compiling reports and presenting to senior members of the company.
- Experience dealing with clients and agencies.
- Engaging with and assignment of third party suppliers where needed.
- Highly organised with first-class time/project management skills
- The proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
- An in-depth understanding of visual media assets e.g common file formats, image resolutions, data rates/sizes etc.
- Scheduling and tracking project progress.
- Data tracking and management of a large number of files.
- Running dailies and tracking artist progress.
- QC'ing

Desirable Experience:
- An understanding of games engine software (Unity & UE4).
- Production experience of teams using Maya, Z-Brush, Reality Capture, Houdini, After Effects.
- Knowledge of F-Track
