PA TO THE FOUNDERS OF A FAST-PACED PR COMPANYWe are looking for an experienced, switched on ambitious PA, ready for a fast paced and creative environment based in West London. The successful candidate will be providing full PA support to the two owners of the company including business and private. Duties will include but are not limited to diary management, arranging meetings, keeping the office looking beautiful, home duties for the directors and extensive travel planning. The successful candidate will be super organised, smart, have excellent administration and Microsoft Office skills, IT skills, be highly personable and presentable and excel under deadline. You will be managing an ever-changing workload, with basic roles that happen each day / week/ term but also 75% of your day will be filled with new things and a varied changing amount of jobs. It is therefore crucial that you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and know how to prioritise effectively. About Cath Taylor and James Herring:James is the creative director of Taylor Herring coming up with amazing ideas that will never cease to amuse you. James also owns another website called The Poke, you may on occasion be asked to arrange meetings etc for The Poke. Cath Taylor is head of Business Affairs at Taylor Herring. James and Catch are a husband and wife team - Cath therefore in the office as much as possible around school drop off's etc for their three children. As you can imagine they're a very busy family and some private work will be required whether that's helping to choose a gift for a godchild or ensuring their cars are taxed.
