Whizz Kid Entertainment is looking for a PA to support our Chief Executive and Managing Director.
The company is known for its work in reality (Ex On The Beach), events (BAFTA Film Awards) and prime-time entertainment (Lip Sync Battle UK/Let's Sing And Dance).

The role would be one within a close-knit, fun and friendly environment and offers the chance to join an established team at an exciting time.

Responsibilities:
* Extensive diary management
* Travel planning
* Booking restaurants/arranging refreshments for meetings
* Managing expenses

Skills/Experience Required:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a PA role to senior executives
* Be highly organised
* Have attention to detail
* Be IT literate and confident with Outlook and Word

Start and End dates:
* Start: mid-July
* Duration: this is a permanent role
* Hours: 9.30am til 6pm
