Voltage TV currently have an opening for a Personal Assistant to the Senior Team here in our offices in London.This Assistant's role is very much in keeping with the usual requirements of diary management but there is a lot of personal touch that is needed due to being a vital role within the company. We are looking for someone that has a nurturing, energetic and confident demeaner that filtrates throughout the company and is not only focused for the MD, CEO & HOP. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with some of the country's leading commissioners and creative talent. With that, confidentiality and discretion are paramount. Must be extremely organised with the ability to multitask within a fast paced, changing environment. Being proactive is an absolute must when looking after the CEO's diary and ensuring everything runs timeously. A technical background would be beneficial. If you have a good understanding of social media, general iPhone and PC issues as well as editing videos & camera maintenance; this would be an added bonus. The role is to also work closely with the Office Co-ordinator for social events, daily running of the office and cover when they're away. There will also be basic HR and maintenance of staff contracts across the company.
