We are looking for a dynamic & hands-on Production Manager (Or experienced Junior Production Manager) to manage the production of premium documentaries, produced with the highest creative and editorial standards on the GCN+ VOD platform

Working across our long form documentary production business. Producing new original content for our editorially ambitious, cycling related documentaries.

Assisting the Line Producer to deliver the creative vision of the business, financially and logistically. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of forward planning, pre-production, production, scheduling, budgeting & post production.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Production Manager or Junior Production Manager and should be able to demonstrate that they can manage productions of a variety of sizes and budgets & work across several projects simultaneously.

The Production Manager is responsible for managing the original content produced in-house and with external parties. This will require management of resources and forward planning up to twelve months in advance.

The role requires someone who is able to manage budgets of various sizes and who knows how to make the most of these budgets to deliver high quality content.

The successful candidate will need to display aptitude for good team working, support for colleagues & direct reports and the ability to juggle a number of different tasks at any one time whilst staying calm under pressure.

You will be a strong administrator with experience of providing complex administrative support with a working knowledge of producing reports and spread-sheets in a variety of formats. You will be able to communicate confidently, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
