Do you have Researcher & Coordinator experience?

As Production Coordinator/Researcher, in this hybrid role you will work with our Filmmakers & Production Management to help them to produce cycling documentaries, from pre to post production. You will help find locations & contributors (UK & abroad), oversee filming schedules and shoot budgets.

The position is based in our Bath office in the UK (currently 2 days/pw with the rest of the time WFH, but eventually full time in Bath), and may require you to travel to shoot locations in the UK and abroad.
Relocation costs will not be covered.
You must have a full UK drivers license and the ability to work in the UK and EU.

An interest/passion for cycling is helpful, but not essential.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Researching and developing multiple documentaries from concept to delivery
* Planning, researching and scheduling multiple shoots
* Arranging permits, permissions, carnets and risk assessments
* Creating & distributing call sheets
* Location scouting
* Managing shoot budgets inc. raising POs
* Negotiating costs with suppliers
* Hiring crew and contractors
* Approving bookings of resources, locations, equipment and supplies
* Sourcing archive for the edit

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 2-3 years production experience
* Excellent organisational skills
* Influencing & negotiating skills
* Understand the technical processes involved in video production, including camera, lighting, sound and editing
* Be able to work with all members of the production team, with presenters, other contributors, and members of the public
