PA to SVP, Operations and Film Services

Responsibilities
Universal Pictures International is recruiting for a PA to the SVP, Operations and Film Services.
This role will provide full administrative support to the SVP, including running the day to day operation of his office.
The role will oversee and manage a slate of events in relation to all aspects of servicing, dubbing, technical and international post production, including:
- To provide comprehensive assistance and support and be the right hand person to the SVP.
- Liaise with senior figures such as, international directors, producers & company executives.
- Diary management and management of appointments.
- Booking meeting rooms; creating agendas and take meeting minutes weekly.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
- Produce and provide support on projects including creating presentations & videos (Localisation, Content Security, Downstream, Vendor Retreats, Territory reviews).
- Manage all details of complex travel for all trips including events, festivals, premieres, conferences and hand carries. This includes arranging flights, transport, visas, putting together travel schedules, and liaising with territory offices where necessary.
- Complete & submit expenses, ensuring timely settlement of corporate credit cards.
- Check SVP's emails regularly and flag where necessary for attention.
- Deal with any queries that can be taken from his workload.
- Approve and raise purchase orders.
- Organise and prioritise calls.
- Draft emails and send out correspondence on behalf of SVP when required.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent ability in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to assist in the preparation of presentations.
- Good knowledge of the theatrical film industry.
- Excellent collaborator, team player with good people skills.
- Ability to cope in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Committed and reliable.
