Based in London and MediaCityUK, Manchester, Shiver is one of the largest provider of factual and factual entertainment programmes in the independent television sector in the UK.

We are looking for an experienced highly organised and efficient PA to take control of managing the administration for both the Managing Director, and Creative Director in the London office. This is a key role managing the smooth running of their schedule and day-to-day office activities. This is a fast paced environment when things change all of the time

You will be the first point of contact for the team and will meet and greet, you will provide full support, diary management, book travel and accommodation, manage expenses, book meeting rooms and catering for multiple people and liaise with internal and external contacts and arranging cast and crew screenings. Also, you will be responsible for assisting with projects, and events so a knowledge of London would be advantageous.

You will need to have strong IT skills as you will be responsible for creating visually creative presentations so a strong creative and design flare will be required.

The role will require an experienced PA who shows strong initiative in their role, experience in managing multiple busy diaries and the ability to successfully manage multiple expectations in a fast paced environment. You must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and tact to liaise with a wide cross-section of internal and external contacts, building good interpersonal relationships.
