We are looking for an experienced highly organised and efficient PA to assist the Creative Director and Executive Producer at Tall Story Pictures. This is a key role managing the smooth running of their schedule and day-to-day office activities. The job requires the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
You will be the first point of contact for the team and will meet and greet, you will provide full support, diary management, book travel and accommodation, manage expenses, book meeting rooms and catering for multiple people and liaise with internal and external contacts and arranging cast and crew screenings. A natural ability to put people at ease is essential along with the ability to build relationships quickly with both on and off screen talent. You will be required to work from your own initiative.
You will need to have strong IT skills as you will be responsible for the maintenance of the Tall Story Pictures website, raise development approval forms and update current forms, maintain the holiday spreadsheet, manage all awards entries for BAFTA, RTS, Broadcast, C21 and much more.
The role will require an experienced PA who shows strong initiative in their role, experience in managing multiple busy diaries and the ability to successfully manage a variety of expectations in a fast paced environment. You must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and tact to liaise with a wide cross-section of internal and external contacts, building good interpersonal relationships. This is not a position for someone wanting to work in production or script development, and whilst this role is party to both areas of work it is purely an administrative role.
