We are looking for an Office & Production Assistant who is happy to wear several hats including office assistant, production runner and receptionist.

This is a fabulous role which gives experience of and an insight into all aspects of a production company from a corporate and production perspective. Whizz Kid Entertainment produces shows including 'Ex On The Beach' the 'British Academy Film Awards' and music documentaries and live events.

We are looking for someone who is naturally organised, has attention to detail, is IT literate (can trouble-shoot basic issues/confident with PCs), outgoing, enthusiastic and has a can-do attitude. A willingness to be involved with anything, no matter how big or small.

The job will involve tasks including:
• Office support: meeting & greeting guests, managing the internal phone list & loan of equipment
• Preparing the office for the day (checking & ordering stationery supplies and milk)
• Answering switchboard and taking messages
• Distributing mail, deliveries & booking cars/bikes
• Ordering stationery
• Managing stock of printer cartridges
• Running across productions
• Managing a petty cash float
• Co-ordinating our meeting room bookings and catering

Start and End Dates:
This is a temp to perm role. We are looking for someone who can ASAP for an initial six months but with a view to the role becoming permanent.
