We are looking for an office runner to help with day to day tasks of our office/studio in Shoreditch. We are a publisher creating a range of food, travel & lifestyle content.

Role will include:
- Overseeing smooth running on the day to day of our office and studio, including ordering amenities and necessary items.
- Handling external vendors for improvements, builders, cleaners.
- Working across keeping the studio in good shape and creating processes to retain this, helping to re organise props and storage areas.
- Managing in house gear replacement/booking forms.
- Being the point person for office related concerns.
- Managing client room booking and setup.
- Organising and setting up lunches and crafty for employees and clients.
- Being the glue for communication between departments for issues relating to the studio.
- Helping to plan in house events where needed.

We have a weekly catered lunch and a great office atmosphere.

Start date is immediate and the contract will be an initial month with hope to extend. We are looking for someone with a 'get stuck in' attitude who is hungry to learn. We have great facilities and a chance to get involved in different aspects of daily life at a digital publisher.
