We are looking for someone who would be keen to help within a production environment both in the office and as a runner on shoots from time to time. What you will be doing: Looking after scheduling of freelancers, kit and studios Booking transport for shoots Research for stock footage or music for editsAnswering the telephone Looking after visitors to the officeLooking after the smooth running of the office Acting as a runner on shoots Essential skills:Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Good phone manner Common Sense Desirable but not essential:Previous office experience Some working knowledge of filming equipment We are based in Shoreditch in London. This work would likely be on a project by project basis.
