Office Production Co-Ordinator

London

Please note: This is a part-time role as part of a job share. We already have someone working Monday & Tuesday so the role is for Weds, Thurs, Friday each week.

Job Purpose

The Office Production Co-ordinator supports the Director of Production, Production Executives and Production Managers, with a particular focus on on-boarding new starters including assisting with contracting, RTW checks, IT and systems set up.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Supporting the Director of Production, Production Executives, Production Managers and Development Production Manager:
• Assisting the Production Executives with the setting up, management and closedown of productions.
• Training and supporting new Production Managers using in house software for accounting and HR purposes - including Select, New Starter process and Just Produce.
• Creating and issuing contracts and new employee documentation.
• Production closedown and hand over from outgoing PM's.
• Assisting with the management of small development projects.
• Assisting with supplying of post-production deliverables to the international distribution team.
• Where required creating purchase orders and reconciliation of credit card and float expenses.
• Assisting with office space planning.
• Assisting with office clearance at the end of productions.
• Assisting with updating company guidance notes and policy documents.
• Managing the PM and PC email groups to ensure up to date.
• Managing and updating company accounts with key suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience
• Broadcast experience at PC level

Knowledge/Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to interact at all levels and build and maintain good relationships
• Problem solving and decision making
• Have a flexible approach to work and be able to prioritise workload
• Embrace the use of software systems and setting up processes
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to assist and train other members of staff
