Office Manager/Production Support Assistant x 2
London (Farringdon & Waterloo)
Roles:
These are two junior but business critical roles requiring high levels of organisational and communication skills. While each role will be based in a separate location, the two candidates will be expected to work closely together and to familarise themselves with both London offices, as well with the key personnel of all group companies, in order to provide seamless support across both locations. Both candidates will also be expected to provide short term coverage of both locations in the case of holiday/sickness absence of one of the candidates.
The roles will also each offer the opportunity to gain experience of production management, providing an attractive entry point for anyone passionate about a career in the television industry.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact and "go to" person for office administration at respective offices.
- Opening and closing of offices in line with agreed security procedures
- Liaison with third party suppliers ensuring continuity of office supplies - groceries, stationary, printer toner etc
- Phone coverage during office hours
- Liaising with outsourced IT support providers on behalf of unregistered users and working with registered users to enable them to make best use of available services
- Orientating new group staff (both 360 & SCTV) - setting up workstations and guiding them through new starter forms & procedures.
- Implementing group staff leaver protocols
- Implementing group data protection, H&S & IT policies
- Assist in organising group social events
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to group production executives
Required Skills & Experience:
- Highly developed organisational & time management skills
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly IT literate - MAC/PC
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) or Mac equivalent products
- Good working knowledge of G-Suite - email/calendar/G Drive
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Database management
- MailChimp or equivalent email list product
- Social Media skills
